The role

Applicants must possess prior construction experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with a Roofer and an Electrician to ensure the efficient and smooth installation of solar panels on various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Roofer and Electrician in setting up and preparing work sites for solar panel installations
• Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment required for solar panel installations
• Support the Roofer in preparing roofing surfaces for solar panel mounting, ensuring proper alignments and measurements
• Assist the Electrician with wiring and cabling tasks related to solar panel systems
• Carry out general construction tasks such as drilling, fastening, and other duties as required
• Safely operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and waste materials
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations throughout all tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Roofer, Electrician, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements and Experience:

• Previous construction experience is essential.

Contract Type

• Permanent / Full – Time
• 40 hours per week - possibility to work 4 days at 10 hours per day if you are interested.
• More hours are available
