Position Overview:

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees in the workplace. You will be responsible for conducting health assessments, providing health advice, and implementing health promotion initiatives to support our clients in maintaining a healthy workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, including pre-employment and periodic health examinations.
• Provide medical advice and support on occupational health matters, including injury management and rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being and prevent occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, safety professionals, and human resources, to ensure comprehensive occupational health services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMBI pin.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to assess and manage occupational health risks and provide appropriate interventions.
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Nursing (desirable).
