We a Staff Grade Dispensary role on a locum for an esteemed healthcare provider. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist eager to contribute their expertise to a dynamic pharmacy team.

In the capacity of this role, you will be integral to the pharmacy department's operations, ensuring the safe and efficient dispensation of medications. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to support patient care and effective medication management will be a cornerstone of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and lawful dispensing of prescriptions, adhering to professional standards.
• Provide medication-related advice to healthcare professionals and patients alike.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory, storage, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in clinical audits, ward rounds, and contribute to the pharmacy team's objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a relevant Pharmacy qualification (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent).
• Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) is required.
• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are critical.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
