Key Responsibilities:
- Project handover from sales
- Define project scope
- Produce scope of works
- Management of logistics from supply chain partners
- Project Scheduling
- Site Visits / Surveys
- Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes
- Scope of Works Change Tracking
- Variations Tracking & Management
- Variations / Scope Change
- Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking
- RAMS – Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager)
- Project Cost Tracking – Materials & Labour Hours
- Sub-contractor Liaison & Management
- Safety Statements
- Insurances
- Site-pass / safe pass
- Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement)
Commercial acumen
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing electrical projects
- Knowledge of generators, UPS systems and CHP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
