In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the BIM strategy and ensuring the successful integration of BIM processes across a variety of high-profile projects, including Data Centres, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes for projects.
• Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, including developing standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate BIM with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to maintain quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a BIM Lead or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Experience in managing BIM processes for large-scale projects in sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, and Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or a related role.
