- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures for yourself and your team members
- Direct and coordinate activities within the Division related to planning, delivery, pricing, and service support
- Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific tasks
- Review financial performance and activity reports to assess productivity and goal achievement, identifying areas for cost reduction and program improvement
- Establish and implement departmental policies, objectives, and procedures
- Determine staffing needs, oversee recruitment and selection, and manage training and development for new hires
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery while adhering to budgetary limits
- Oversee activities directly related to the provision of services
- Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to support operations, maximize investments, and enhance efficiency
- Determine goods and services to be provided, setting prices and credit terms based on customer demand forecasts
- Manage the logistics of goods movement into and out of facilities
- Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, collaborating with other department heads as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar filed and role
- Fully qualified electrician
- Experience in motivating and managing teams
- Ability to manage and deliver against KPI’s
- Financial and budgetary management experience
- Electrical experience desirable
- Skills & Competencies (evidence of)
- Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilise workflow management tools
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills required
