- Collaborate with the central project controls team in Dublin to review the accuracy of project commercial reports
- Assist the project controls lead and Business Unit commercial directors in preparing monthly commercial reports for projects
- Perform monthly commercial and operational reviews for selected projects, ensuring compliance with group reporting procedures
- Support project teams with reporting, cost control, and risk management in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Keep key stakeholders informed about project risks, opportunities, and the related commercial impacts
- Review and provide feedback on Margin sign-off files, working with project teams to ensure accuracy and a true reflection of the project's commercial status
- Assess risks during Margin sign-off and ensure project teams remain aware of these risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify high-risk projects each month and collaborate with project teams outside of the review cycle to mitigate these risks
- Pinpoint commercial team members needing improvement in their commercial reporting quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with the project controls team on monthly and yearly Group reporting cycles
- Assist commercial teams with quarterly revenue and margin forecasts, ensuring they accurately reflect the project's expected outcome
- Handle additional tasks related to the role as required
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveyor (QS Degree) qualified and or 10 + years relevant experience in the industry
- Experience with the use of Excel is essential
- Experience with the use of Power BI and SAP would be beneficial but not necessary
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
