BIM Coordinator

Are you a skilled BIM Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Digital Project Delivery Team and play a key role in implementing cutting-edge BIM processes on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Information Manager & wider team to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018 standards and client requirements.
• Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans and Asset Management Plans.
• Conduct clash detection, data verification, and model health checks, ensuring modelling requirements are met.
• Support Design & Construction Leads in coordinating and managing digital information models.
• Develop and execute a BIM Coordination Schedule aligned with the construction sequence.
• Oversee the production of as-built drawings and models by Task Teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks & Revit (experience with other BIM software is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
