Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

What You’ll Do

• Manage technical info from planning stage to construction

• Support pre-construction design coordination

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on preferred solutions

• Organise and lead design team meetings and workshops

• Ensure quality and customer-focused designs

• Develop internal design guidance documents

• Track new technologies like timber frame and modular systems

• Ensure compliance with building regs and certification standards

• Provide practical solutions for day-to-day site design issues

What You’ll Need

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology

• 3+ years of experience in residential design or development

• Strong knowledge of detailing, compliance, and construction methods

• CAD proficiency and ability to sketch technical ideas

• Experience with timber frame/offsite systems is a plus

• Solid team coordination and communication skills

• Self-driven and detail-oriented

• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel locally
