Contracts Manager | Galway | €55k–€75k DOE | Full-Time

We’re hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing infrastructure business based in Co. Galway.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage road maintenance and surfacing projects across Ireland

• Lead project teams and day-to-day site operations

• Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance

• Oversee budgets, reporting, and project forecasting

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Support tender preparation and contribute technical expertise

What You’ll Need:

• Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• 5+ years' experience in a contracts/project management role (ideally in road surfacing)

• Strong understanding of H&S, project planning, and contract delivery

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Full driving licence
