Part-Time Administrator – Transport Companies
Location: On-site / Hybrid (a few roles opened at different locations)

Crewit Resourcing is currently recruiting a Part-Time Administrator to support day-to-day operations within transport and logistics companies. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in transport, fleet, or logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to transport, operations, and management teams
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist with driver, vehicle, and compliance documentation
- Support scheduling, job tracking, and basic transport administration
- Process timesheets, delivery paperwork, and service documentation
- Answer calls, emails, and liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and reporting
- Ensure documents are compliant with company procedures and regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within transport, logistics, or fleet operations
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Strong communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with transport management systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with compliance, driver hours, or vehicle documentation
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
