After Sales Area Manager (Automotive) – Ireland
Salary: €55,000–€60,000 + bonus up to 15%

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Field & office (c. 50/50). Nationwide dealer network (~40+ sites).

We’re hiring an After Sales Area Manager to partner with Dealer Principals and After Sales teams, driving parts & accessory performance, service quality, and customer retention. This is a blend of field coaching, performance reviews, and in-dealer consultancy—ideal for a Parts Manager, Service Manager or After Sales Manager ready for multi-site responsibility.

What you’ll do

  • Own area performance: set targets with dealers, run reviews, analyse KPIs, and agree action plans.

  • Coach after sales teams on process, capacity planning, and best practice to lift throughput and CSI.

  • Grow accessory sales with campaigns, staff training, and in-store execution.

  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial to deploy incentives and tactical programmes across your area.

  • Improve customer experience and retention through standards, programmes, and consistent follow-up.

  • Provide in-dealer consultancy support and on-the-job coaching across all after sales programmes.

  • Attend weekly internal meetings/calls; collaborate cross-functionally to meet company objectives.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years in a Parts Manager, Service Manager, or After Sales management role (automotive).

  • Strong grasp of after sales KPIs, capacity planning, warranty/compliance, and customer retention.

  • Analytical mindset with confident presentation skills—able to turn data into clear actions.

  • Proven coaching/people leadership; hands-on in dealer environments.

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable splitting time between road and office.

  • Full, clean driving licence; ability to travel nationwide and be based within radius of the office.
