Crewit Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Communications Manager to support a major healthcare infrastructure and transformation programme in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with experience in healthcare, construction, public sector, or large-scale programme environments. 

The Role

The Communications Manager will support the effective communication, engagement, onboarding, and training of programme resources to ensure a clear understanding of programme objectives, processes, and changes. Working closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams, the successful candidate will coordinate communications activities, develop engagement materials, and support change management initiatives. 

Resposibilities: 

• Develop and implement communications strategies and plans.
• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage media relations, press enquiries, media briefings, and public affairs activities.
• Prepare briefings, statements, presentations, and communication materials for senior leadership.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, events, and communications campaigns.
• Develop public and patient information materials.
• Coordinate programme updates, change communications, and stakeholder messaging.
• Manage training and upskilling initiatives arising from programme changes.
• Monitor media, political, and policy developments and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development of key performance indicators and reporting metrics.
• Lead and support communication-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a communications role within healthcare, construction, public sector, or a similar environment.
• Experience planning and managing communications campaigns.
• Experience creating content for online and offline publication.
• Experience dealing with broadcast, print, digital, and online media enquiries.
• Experience implementing integrated communications strategies.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience within public communications, including engagement with government departments, elected representatives, or senior public sector stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
