Job Description
Construction Manager (Dublin or Killarney)
Crewit Resourcing is seeking a Construction Manager to join our growing organization. This is a client-facing role, reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, responsible for delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and greater Leinster.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Lead and maintain regular site meetings (online and in-person) throughout project lifecycle
- Liaise with design, scheduling, production, fabrication, H&S, and site management teams
- Conduct and lead site visits from inception to completion, ensuring consistent communication
- Ensure projects comply with approved drawings, specifications, and legislative requirements
- Drive high performance to meet company standards and deadlines
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor projects and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
- Promote innovation and Lean Manufacturing principles for best value
- Develop KPIs and improve processes, systems, and controls
- Ensure compliance with certification standards (ISO9001, EN1090)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Method Statements (RAMS) is a MUST
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- 3–5 years on-site experience in large-scale projects
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and influence in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Efficient workflow and project management capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
