Construction Manager (Dublin or Killarney)


Crewit Resourcing is seeking a Construction Manager to join our growing organization. This is a client-facing role, reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, responsible for delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and greater Leinster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Lead and maintain regular site meetings (online and in-person) throughout project lifecycle
  • Liaise with design, scheduling, production, fabrication, H&S, and site management teams
  • Conduct and lead site visits from inception to completion, ensuring consistent communication
  • Ensure projects comply with approved drawings, specifications, and legislative requirements
  • Drive high performance to meet company standards and deadlines
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor projects and communicate updates to relevant parties
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Promote innovation and Lean Manufacturing principles for best value
  • Develop KPIs and improve processes, systems, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with certification standards (ISO9001, EN1090)
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Method Statements (RAMS) is a MUST
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3–5 years on-site experience in large-scale projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and influence in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Efficient workflow and project management capabilities
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
