Planner (Construction)

About the Role

Our client, a top-tier residential developer, is hiring a Planner to join their high-performing team. In this role, you'll help plan and track housing development projects from design to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Keep project schedules and master construction programmes up to date

• Assist with reviews, phasing plans, and handover strategies

• Monitor timelines and highlight risks

• Support early-stage and pre-construction programming

• Collaborate with Design, PMO, and site teams

• Help maintain progress dashboards and reporting

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar

• Residential construction experience preferred

• Scheduling tool knowledge a plus (but not essential)

• Detail-focused and highly organised

• Great communication and team collaboration skills

• Driving licence and flexibility to travel
