Job Title: Construction PMO Manager 
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €65,000 – €85,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're hiring a PMO Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking residential development company.

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and improve reporting, planning, and process optimisation across multiple business functions including construction, operations, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO team in delivering strategic initiatives across construction and operations
  • Develop and improve internal reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Collaborate with departments including Technical, Planning, Commercial, and Health & Safety to support cross-functional reporting and analysis
  • Track project and business-wide KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Consolidate project data for senior-level reporting and portfolio analysis
  • Participate in team meetings, support documentation, and assist with construction planning integration
  • Drive operational improvements and promote best practices in project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PMO, project management, or construction-related role
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Background in construction, consultancy, or analytics (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
