Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced Corporate Property Manager – Portfolio Planning to support the strategic planning and optimisation of a large property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with extensive portfolio management experience, strong strategic planning capabilities, and a proven track record in property asset optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling five-year property portfolio plan.
• Develop and maintain a strategic approach to portfolio planning in collaboration with regional property teams.
• Translate organisational service and workforce strategies into current and future property requirements.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation through: Consolidation; Rationalisation; Acquisitions; Redevelopment; Asset disposals
• Lead accommodation planning initiatives to support: Service transformation; Blended working models; Workplace modernisation
• Work closely with regional property teams to validate future accommodation requirements and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure portfolio planning incorporates: Whole-life asset management principles; Sustainability objectives; Decarbonisation targets
• Monitor delivery of the portfolio plan and recommend adjustments in response to changing organisational priorities.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must possess either:

• An Honours Degree (Level 8 NFQ) in:
• Property Studies
• Property Surveying
• Property Economics
• Or a closely related discipline

OR

• Chartered Property Surveyor status (Commercial Agency Surveyor, Properties & Facilities Management Surveyor, or Valuation Surveyor) with Full Member/Fellow status of the SCSI or RICS.

In addition, candidates must have:

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years gained after obtaining the required qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in the direction and supervision of:
• Commercial property
• Property agency services
• Property valuation
• Property transactions
• Property management
• Good working knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, the legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks relating to large property portfolios.
• Experience in:
• Financial planning
• Budget management
• Lease management
• Property strategy development
