We are looking for a Data Center Electrical Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical electrical systems ensuring 100% uptime for IT loads. The role focuses on power continuity, redundancy, energy efficiency, and critical facility reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain LV/MV power distribution systems (400V–33kV).
• Manage UPS systems, battery technologies (VRLA/Lithium-ion), and static transfer switches.
• Oversee diesel generator systems, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and fuel systems.
• Manage PDUs, RPPs, busways, and rack‑level power distribution.
• Ensure electrical systems meet Tier standards (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1) and Uptime Institute requirements.
• Conduct power quality analysis, harmonics mitigation, and load balancing.
• Perform capacity planning, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
• Support commissioning, acceptance testing (SAT/FAT), and 24/7 operations monitoring.
• Interface with IT, mechanical, and operations teams to maintain continuous power.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial plants).
• Strong understanding of UPS technologies, generator systems, and redundant power paths.
• Knowledge of TIA-942, EN 50600, IEC 60364, and Uptime Institute standards.
• Experience with power monitoring tools (BMS, EPMS).
• Strong documentation skills for audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

• Indoor, highly controlled, critical environments.
• Rotational or on-call schedules for 24/7 operational support.
