Façade Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Façade Manager to take charge of the façade scope on large-scale residential and commercial builds. You’ll join a progressive team delivering landmark developments and contribute to some of the most technically ambitious projects in the sector.

Your Role:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day façade operations.

• Coordinate all façade-related subcontract packages, ensuring cohesive execution across disciplines.

• Plan and manage the façade programme from early design through to final installation and commissioning.

• Handle technical submissions and secure approvals in line with BCAR and project requirements.

• Oversee material selection, mock-ups, testing procedures, and delivery tracking.

• Guarantee compliance with detailed design documents, technical standards, and project specifications.

• Use BIM tools and digital systems to ensure quality assurance and monitor façade performance.

• Ensure all snagging, testing, and close-out documentation is completed to required standards.

• Assess and verify variations within the façade scope and manage associated costs and changes.

• Promote a culture of safety, maintaining industry-leading practices across all activities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in façade project delivery.

• Strong track record of managing façade subcontractors and bringing projects to completion on time.

• Relevant trade certification or degree in construction or engineering preferred.

• Clear and confident communicator with excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage complex deadlines in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
