Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join a major healthcare infrastructure programme in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Ireland's most significant capital development projects, supporting financial governance, cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities across a large-scale programme environment. 

The Role

The Financial Analyst will support financial governance, cost monitoring, and financial reporting functions across a complex capital programme. The successful candidate will assist with budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, contractor cost monitoring, and programme reporting to ensure effective financial oversight and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial oversight and cost monitoring across the programme.
• Track expenditure against approved budgets using cost management systems.
• Assist in managing and reporting on Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Prepare financial models, budget projections, and cost forecasts.
• Analyse financial and project cost data to support decision-making
• Analyse financial and project cost data to support decision-making.
• Monitor project expenditure and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Track contractor payments and support financial performance reviews.
• Assist in implementing cost control and financial governance measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish cost objectives and monitor programme expenditure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and cost management processes. 

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a finance, cost control, or financial analysis role.
• Experience preparing, analysing, and reporting on large volumes of financial data.
• Experience with financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and estimating.
• Experience in cost management and cost control within large-scale projects.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using financial management software.
• Experience with ACONEX Cost Module is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, financial reporting, cost accounting, and project accounting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced programme environment.
