Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team in Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the assembly and installation of Peri formwork, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assembly and installation of Peri formwork systems on various construction sites.
• Lead and manage a team of formwork technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and quality work.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to plan and schedule formwork activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or defects in the formwork installations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labour usage, and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse team and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in formwork assembly, with a strong understanding of Peri formwork systems.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Sound knowledge of construction and safety regulations, with a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.

Day-to-day

• Leading and coordinating the formwork team on construction sites.
• Communicating and collaborating with project managers and engineers to plan and execute formwork activities.
• Conducting inspections and quality checks on formwork installations.
• Providing guidance and training to team members to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of formwork systems.
• Maintaining records and preparing reports on formwork activities and progress.
