Job Description
Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing, customs documentation, route planning, UK shipping schedules, and vendor communications. This role is vital to keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently for UK customers while working from our Pristina office.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate UK shipping schedules and inventory across multiple carriers.

Communicate with UK vendors, carriers, and internal teams via email, Teams, and phone.

Track orders and resolve delivery issues, including cross-border shipments.

Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation (PODs, CMR notes, customs paperwork).

Assist with process improvements and compliance with UK freight regulations.
Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Mandata, CargoWise, SAP, WMS systems).

Ability to troubleshoot delivery and inventory issues remotely.

Previous logistics or operations experience (preferred).

Excellent communication skills for remote coordination across time zones.

Ability to learn UK-specific compliance quickly (drivers’ hours, ULEZ, customs basics).
