Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator (Construction)
Location: Greater Dublin Area

Salary: €55k - €65k 

Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across the Greater Dublin Area. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee M&E installations from coordination to final handover

• Support site teams with technical coordination and problem-solving

• Liaise with design teams to integrate M&E with architectural and structural elements

• Supervise M&E subcontractors to ensure programme and quality targets are met

• Coordinate with utility providers and local authorities for timely service delivery

• Manage temporary site services (electricity/water) and service diversions where required

• Drive innovation and best practices in building services systems

Requirements:

• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong interest in energy-efficient and modern building systems

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Trade background is a plus

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
