About the Role

Crewit Resourcing is seeking for experienced Scaffolders or skilled Scaffolding General Operatives (GOs) to join our client Actavo on the MSD Ballydine project – a prestigious pharmaceutical site.

This role requires scaffolders with significant tube and fitting experience. You will be working on a demanding industrial site where quality, safety, and reliability are paramount. This is not a role for inexperienced or low-skilled operatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle tube and fitting scaffolding to industry standards.

• Work safely and efficiently on an active pharmaceutical construction site.

• Follow site-specific safety protocols and method statements.

• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is stored correctly.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience with tube and fitting scaffolding.

• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

• English level: B1 (intermediate) – sufficient to understand safety instructions and communicate on site.

• Physically fit for manual work at height.

• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.

• Formal scaffolding tickets/certifications (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).

• Previous experience on pharmaceutical or industrial projects.

• Own transport (desirable but not essential – transport can be arranged).
