Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician 

Location: Laois / Kildare Region
Pay Rate: €28 per hour (PAYE) 

Crewit Resourcing is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to support ongoing property and building maintenance works across the Laois and Kildare region. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring a broad skillset across roofing, building fabric, and general maintenance.

The successful candidate will operate independently across multiple sites, delivering high-quality repair and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair Duties

• Carry out EPDM and general roof repairs
• Perform gutter repairs and maintenance
• Complete plastering and render repairs (e.g. external walls)
• Conduct window servicing and sash window repairs
• Carry out door repairs and adjustments
• Perform graffiti removal and surface cleaning
• Undertake stone pointing and façade repairs
• Complete minor civils and groundworks
• Install and replace kitchen appliances

General Duties

• Travel between sites across Laois and Kildare
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assess maintenance issues and carry out appropriate repairs
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all tasks
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or trade-based role
• Strong experience across building repairs, roofing, or general property maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
