Crewt Resourcing is seeking an experienced and organised Parts Manager to lead and develop our parts department. This role is critical to ensuring efficient parts availability, excellent customer service, and strong support to the workshop and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of parts
- Maintain optimal stock levels, reducing downtime and overstock
- Work closely with the service and workshop teams to support repairs and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers
- Monitor and control parts budgets, margins, and pricing
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Train, supervise, and support parts department staff
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of agricultural, plant, or automotive parts (agricultural preferred)
- Experience with stock control and inventory management systems
- Good leadership and people-management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using IT systems for ordering, stock control, and reporting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
