Quantity Surveyor 
Salary: €130,000 – €145,000 DOE

Location: Dublin Greater area (Ireland)

We’re looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take the lead on major projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, or residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, cost planning, and forecasting

• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts

• Assess subcontractor valuations and progress claims

• Negotiate and manage contracts and variations

• Ensure compliance with procurement and cost control procedures

• Work closely with project teams to support delivery and profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of QS experience in Ireland

• Experience in any of the following fields, mechanical, electrical, civil, or residential

• Proven background in cost management, contract negotiation, and project delivery

• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and procurement practices
