Quantity Surveyor 
€90,000 – €110,000 DOE

Location: Midlands (Ireland)

We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, or residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cost planning, budgeting, and procurement

• Prepare and review tender documents and contract variations

• Monitor project progress and manage valuations

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Ensure cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Ireland

• Experience in any of the following fields, mechanical, electrical, civil, or residential

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and Irish regulations

• Background in mechanical, electrical, civils, or residential projects
