Are you a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement? We’re hiring a Procurement-focused Quantity Surveyor to join a collaborative and growing procurement team supporting multiple high-profile construction projects across Ireland.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly established function within a leading residential development organisation, working alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors and procurement professionals. You’ll support best practice procurement strategies, tender activity, and digital process improvements while advancing your career in a forward-thinking, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the implementation of procurement best practices and digital procurement strategies

Assist with the preparation, formatting, and analysis of subcontractor tender documents

Manage and update procurement schedules and inflation tracking tools

Benchmark, analyse, and negotiate subcontractor packages

Prepare supply chain reports and contribute to senior-level presentations

Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure consistency, innovation, and cost-efficiency across multiple projects

Contribute to innovation initiatives by analysing construction technologies and sourcing alternatives
What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years’ post-graduate experience with a PQS or main contractor

Strong knowledge of construction technology and modern building methods

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Cubit, CostX, or equivalent experience desirable

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset
