Are you a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement? We’re hiring a Procurement-focused Quantity Surveyor to join a collaborative and growing procurement team supporting multiple high-profile construction projects across Ireland.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly established function within a leading residential development organisation, working alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors and procurement professionals. You’ll support best practice procurement strategies, tender activity, and digital process improvements while advancing your career in a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the implementation of procurement best practices and digital procurement strategies

  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and analysis of subcontractor tender documents

  • Manage and update procurement schedules and inflation tracking tools

  • Benchmark, analyse, and negotiate subcontractor packages

  • Prepare supply chain reports and contribute to senior-level presentations

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure consistency, innovation, and cost-efficiency across multiple projects

  • Contribute to innovation initiatives by analysing construction technologies and sourcing alternatives

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years’ post-graduate experience with a PQS or main contractor

  • Strong knowledge of construction technology and modern building methods

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Cubit, CostX, or equivalent experience desirable

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset
