Recruitment Administrator

Location: Pristina Office (Full-Time)

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant to support international recruitment projects, primarily focused on skilled trades and construction roles, with some office-based positions.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, target-driven, and motivated by performance incentives. You will gain exposure to international recruitment, candidate management, and visa and work permit processes, with full training provided.

You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to placement, while working closely with internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Create and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews in English.
  • Source candidates through database searches, referrals, and talent pooling.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Client & Marketing Support

  • Prepare professional candidate profiles for client submissions.
  • Submit shortlisted candidates in line with client requirements.
  • Work with the marketing team to create candidate-focused recruitment content.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

International Recruitment & Compliance

  • Support international recruitment projects involving visas and work permits.
  • Collect, organise, and track candidate documentation.
  • Coordinate document translations where required.
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Assist with onboarding and relocation processes.

Administration & Performance

  • Maintain accurate data and records within the ATS.
  • Produce recruitment reports and track candidate progress.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Work towards placement and performance targets, with incentives linked directly to results.

  • Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles.
