Sales Development Representative – Job Description 

Are you a driven sales professional with a motivated attitude? We are Crewit Resourcing, a global recruitment company, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative in Pristina who is ready to hustle, break barriers, and generate new opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Cold outreach including Calls, Emails and LinkedIn methods. 

• Arrange appointments for the directors and sales managers to attend and close deals. 

• Generate and qualify lead lists through research and modern software tools. 

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems 

• Work closely with sales management to transition leads to deals. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience with cold-calling and a willingness to pick up the phone and initiate a first contact. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) 

• Strong research and communication skills. 

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing. 

• Confident talking on the phone. 

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. 

• Strong written and spoken English.
