Senior Construction Site Manager / Supervisor

Location: Finland (Data Centre Project)
Contract: Long‑term project role
Reports to: Project Director

Role Overview

Crewit Resourcing is recruiting a Senior Construction Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on a high‑value data centre project. The successful candidate will lead site execution, coordination, safety, and programme delivery to ensure works are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
• Ensure works are delivered in line with Project schedule, Method statements, Health & Safety plans
• Liaise with: Client teams, Consultants, QA/QC and commissioning teams
• Lead site meetings and progress reviews
• Monitor productivity, quality, and workmanship on site
• Ensure full compliance with: Local H&S legislation, Project safety standards
• Support commissioning and final handover phases
• Report progress, risks, and issues to Project Management

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Manager or Site Supervisor
• Background in:
  • Data centres, large industrial or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Excellent planning and coordination ability
• International site experience highly desirable
• Fluent English essential
• Trade or engineering background preferred
