Role Overview

Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on a large‑scale data centre project in Finland. The role is critical to ensuring all electrical works comply with project specifications, EU standards, client requirements, and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical QA/QC activities across HV/LV installations
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Carry out inspections, audits, and surveillance of electrical installations
• Review and approve: Method Statements. Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Commissioning procedures
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Commissioning teams
• Interface with: Client representatives, Consultants, Local authorities and inspectors
• Manage non‑conformances (NCRs), corrective actions, and close‑out
• Ensure compliance with: Local electrical regulations, European Standards (IEC, EN), Data Centre best practices
• Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover documentation
• Mentor and supervise Junior QA/QC and site engineers

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Electrical QA/QC
• Strong background in:
  • HV & LV systems
  • Data centres, industrial or large commercial projects
• Proven commissioning and compliance experience
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Electrical standards and codes
  • Quality management systems
• Ability to work on international projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
