We are hiring on behalf of our client—a long-established M&E contractor known for digital construction, sustainability, and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects to the highest standards.
Role Summary
Own the mechanical engineering scope across design, delivery, and commissioning, ensuring specification compliance, programme adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead at client design/progress meetings; issue clear action notes.

Review design specs, drawings, schedules for scope, compliance, and programme.

Ensure installations meet project specification and client requirements.

Produce engineering calculations/sketches; coordinate approvals.

Review coordinated drawings; manage updates and scope/cost variances.

Manage procurement: technical submittals, procurement schedules, supplier package compliance.

Prepare commissioning plans; support BCAR with the quality team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related).

4+ years’ experience in M&E/building services or similar.

Proficiency with mechanical design tools/software; strong diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management; calm under deadlines.

Solid understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
