Salary: €75,000 – €90,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Procurement to support strategic commercial and supply chain activity in a newly established procurement function within a major residential construction group.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead procurement process improvements and support strategic initiatives
-
Develop and implement category plans for key sub-contract packages
-
Build and manage relationships with key supply chain partners
-
Drive documentation standardisation, including BoQ templates
-
Conduct tender analysis, benchmarking, and senior-level negotiations

Monitor and report on construction inflation and industry trends
-
Collaborate with cost, technical, and project management teams
-
Promote sustainable procurement practices across the business

Support the development of a digital procurement strategy
What We’re Looking For:

7–10+ years' post-grad experience in PQS or a contractor environment
-
Strong residential or house-building background preferred
-
Proficiency in procurement software such as Cubit, CostX, or similar
-
Deep knowledge of modern construction methods and supply chains
-
Excellent analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills

Process-driven and detail-focused with a strategic mindset

Strong communication and project coordination abilities
-
A proactive team player eager to innovate and improve systems
