About Crewit Resourcing

Crewit Resourcing is recruiting two Senior Technical Project Managers to support the delivery of major capital projects within disability services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction, engineering, architectural, or surveying professional to lead complex healthcare infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of capital projects from planning through to completion, managing governance, procurement, budgets, programmes, risks, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, design teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage tendering processes, contractor appointments, project reporting, commissioning activities, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Develop project briefs, technical specifications, and delivery plans while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support estate and asset management activities, including maintenance planning, infrastructure improvements, compliance, fire safety, sustainability, and energy initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to organisational objectives through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying, or Chartered membership with Engineers Ireland, SCSI, RICS, or RIAI.  
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, construction, design, engineering, building services, or building maintenance.  
  • Proven experience delivering capital construction projects from planning through to completion.  
  • Strong background in project planning, procurement, design management, construction delivery, and budget control.  
  • Good knowledge of building regulations, planning requirements, health & safety, and fire safety legislation.  
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.  
  • Experience in healthcare, disability services, or the public sector would be a distinct advantage.

Location: Galway, Ireland
Contract Duration: 24 Months
 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: €80,676 per annum (€44.17 per hour)
Annual Leave: 30 Days
