Senior Technical Project Manager 
Location: Letterkenny, Co. Donegal

Role Purpose

To deliver professional technical, estate, and project management services, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of capital projects within healthcare (particularly disability settings), in line with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of major and minor capital projects from planning through to completion, including commissioning and handover.
• Develop project briefs and manage design teams, contractors, and full procurement/tender processes.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and provide financial reporting and progress updates.
• Oversee maintenance programmes, asset management, and preventative inspection systems.
• Support property and estate functions, including asset planning, utilisation, and infrastructure assessment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, and relevant healthcare standards.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across facilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and provide technical advice and strategic input.

Requirements:

• Degree (Level 8+) in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying
  OR
• Chartered membership with a recognised professional body:
• RICS / SCSI
• Engineers Ireland
• RIAI

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in:
• Project management
• Construction / building design
• Building services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC)
