Site Engineer/Manager

We are seeking a Site Engineer/Manager to join our award-winning team and support site installation projects in Dublin and greater Leinster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site installation activities, ensuring compliance with technical and engineering requirements.
• Oversee installations to meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Represent the company at client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage and develop site installation team members for optimal performance.
• Ensure all works comply with health, safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.
• Prepare and implement site installation plans in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive innovation and best practices in installation methods and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Report on KPIs and continuously improve processes, systems, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements (e.g., ISO9001, EN1090) and company policies.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in large-scale installations.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
