Role Overview

Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor for an Industrial and Civil construction project in Co. Kilkenny. This is a key on‑site leadership role, responsible for ensuring daily operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating site activities, supervising teams, and supporting the successful delivery of the project in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
  • Allocate tasks to site operatives and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership on site
  • Monitor site progress and report issues, delays, or risks to senior management
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conducting regular site safety inspections
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control across all site activities
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication
  • Support onboarding and training of new site personnel in company procedures and job duties
  • Maintain accurate site records, including work completed, materials used, and incident reports
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional site environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Site Foreman
  • Experience on Industrial and/or Civil construction projects
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or trade-related qualification (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and site standards
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
