Skilled Operatives – Cladding & Modular Installation

Start Date: From approx. 27th April
Pay Rate: €18 per hour 

Crewit Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Skilled Operatives to support cladding and modular installation projects across industrial and steel construction sites. These works involve fitting prefabricated units, cutting and fixing cladding materials, and general site support in active construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Site Support

• Safely install cladding materials (cutting, fixing, sealing) on steel-framed structures

• Assist with positioning and securing of modular / prefabricated units

• Use power tools (drills, grinders, saws) efficiently and safely

• Take accurate on-site measurements using tape measures, levels, and laser levels

• Follow basic drawings, layout plans, and installation instructions

• Perform general construction labouring tasks (lifting, moving materials, cleaning work areas)
