Job Title: Construction Snagger / Finishing Foreman

Crewit Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Snagger to join our team on a project based in Dundalk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes.

This role offers job security with a guaranteed minimum of 9 months of continuous work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough snagging inspections on residential/commercial properties to identify defects or incomplete works.

• Produce clear, accurate snag lists and reports for site management and subcontractors.

• Ensure all finishing works meet high-quality standards and project specifications.

• Liaise with site foremen and tradespeople to ensure snags are rectified efficiently and within deadlines.

• Monitor remedial works to ensure they are completed to a satisfactory standard.

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Snagger, Finishing Foreman, or Quality Inspector within the construction industry.

• Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of construction finishing trades (plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, etc.).

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Own transport is essential (Dundalk location).
